3. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
- More than 7 days before: Free cancellation. Full refund processed within 5 business days, or free rebooking on another date.
- 7 days or less before: Non-refundable. No refund or rebooking possible. The experience is maintained as confirmed.
Exceptions may be granted in cases of force majeure (extreme weather, ocean/lake closure by Beninese authorities). In such cases, a full credit or rebooking will be offered. No cash refund obligation applies.
4. Booking Terms
- Availability is subject to provider scheduling and weather conditions.
- Payment conditions and details will be provided during the WhatsApp confirmation process.
- Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp message within 24 hours of submission.
- Atilebarts reserves the right to refuse any booking without stated reason.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — texts, photographs, visual identity, and code — is the exclusive property of Atilebarts or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation without prior written consent is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings under applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Atilebarts acts as a concierge and intermediary platform connecting travelers with certified local providers. It cannot be held liable for incidents occurring during the experience, including accidents, theft, injury, or adverse weather conditions in Grand-Popo. Travelers participate at their own risk and are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
